During September 2023 the export value of Sulawesi Barat Province reached US $ 44.02 million and the import value of Sulawesi Barat Province reached US $ 0.77 million

The export value of Sulawesi Barat Province in September 2023 reached US $ 44.02 million, down 12.08 percent compared to August 2023. The same condition compared to September 2022 where there was a decrease of 14.58 percent.

Animal/vegetable fats & oils are the main export commodities of Sulawesi Barat Province during September 2023 with a contribution of 85.75 percent of the total exports of Sulawesi Barat Province.

China became the largest destination country for the export of Sulawesi Barat Province during September 2023 with a contribution of 81.31 percent.

Cumulatively, the export value of Sulawesi Barat Province increased by 7.02 percent, from US $ 341.06 million (January-September 2022) to US $ 364.99 million (January-September 2023).

During September 2023, the value of imports of goods to Sulawesi Barat Province was US $ 0.77 million. This condition is different from August 2023 and September 2022 which is not recorded for import activities.

Cumulatively, the value of imports of Sulawesi Barat Province rose by 297.48 percent, from US $ 2.85 million (January-September 2022) to US $ 11.33 million (January-September 2023).
