Abstract
Based on the results of the 90 city consumer price survey in Indonesia in June 2023, the highest year on year (yoy) inflation occurred in Ambon at 6.10 percent with CPI of 118.67 and the lowest occurred in Gunungsitoli by 1.01 percent with CPI of 114 , 79. Yoy inflation in Mamuju was 2.28 percent with CPI of 115.45 ranks nine lows of 90 CPI.
Yoy inflation in the city of Mamuju occurred because of the price increase shown by the increase in most of the expenditure groups, namely the clothing and footwear group by 3.14 percent; housing, water, electricity, and household fuel groups by 1.54 percent; Groups of Routine Household Equipment, Equipment, and Maintenance by 6.91 percent; health group by 4.79 percent; Transportation group of 11.49 percent; Recreation, sports and culture groups of 4.29 percent; education group by 0.62 percent; Food and beverage/restaurant supply group by 2.18 percent; and personal maintenance groups and other services by 7.19 percent. While the expenditure group that experienced a decline in index was the food, beverage and tobacco groups by 0.82 percent and the financial, communication and financial services group by 1.46 percent.
Month to Month (MTM) inflation rate in June 2023 is 0.70 percent and year to date inflation rate (YTD) or the June 2023 calendar year of 1.37 percent.
