During September 2024 the export value of Sulawesi Barat Province reached US$ 44.75 million and there are no import activities in Sulawesi Barat Province

The export value of Sulawesi Barat Province in September 2024 reached US$ 44.75 million, up 238.08 percent compared to August 2024. The same condition when compared to September 2023 where there was an increase of 1.64 percent.

Animal/vegetable fats & oils are the main export commodities of Sulawesi Barat Province during September 2024 with a contribution of 90.80 percent of the total exports of West Sulawesi Province.

China is the largest main destination country for Sulawesi Barat Province's exports during September 2024 with a contribution of 67.59 percent.

Foreign trade statistics data is the result of a compilation of trade transaction data between countries, both export and import transactions. Export statistics data is the realization data from trade transactions sourced from the Export Notification of Goods (PEB) document. Meanwhile, import statistics data is sourced from the Import Notification of Goods (PIB) document. The document is approved by the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC). In its preparation, the types of commodities are grouped based on the Harmonized System (HS) classification as in the Indonesian Customs Tariff Book (BTKI). Cumulatively, the import value of Sulawesi Barat Province fell by 80.19 percent, from US$ 11.33 million (January-September 2023) to US$ 2.24 million (January-September 2024).
